World Chinese Enterprising Youth Association


The World Chinese Enterprising Youth Association (WCEYA) is a non-profit organisation registered in Macao. In 2020, a branch was established in Hong Kong to expand the Association’s activities in the region. The organising committee introduced the initiative to form WCEYA during the 14th Summit and includes founding members from the World Federation of Chinese Entrepreneurs. WCEYA’s primary mission is to promote innovation and entrepreneurship.
This is accomplished through active participation in international conferences, exhibitions, and seminars that foster collaboration among overseas Chinese business organisations. The Association aims to establish a global exchange platform that facilitates cooperation among diverse entities. Additionally, WCEYA is engaged in venture capital initiatives within the Greater Bay Area, ASEAN, and the European Union, furthering its vision and aspirations.

Functions and Activities
The World Chinese Enterprising Youth Association (WCEYA) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to assisting young entrepreneurs from both Mainland China and abroad in fostering communication, networking, exchange, and collaboration. Our members typically comprise professionals with international exposure and an innovative perspective.
Our Objectives
Enhance Communication and Collaboration: Foster dialogue and exchanges with various governments to promote economic and cultural cooperation.
Leadership Training:
Provide specialised training programs aimed at developing leadership skills for young entrepreneurs.
Networking Platforms:
Facilitate communication and networking between young entrepreneurs and organisations from Mainland China and overseas.
Innovative Partnerships:
Serve as a platform for corporations in the Greater Bay Area and beyond to collaborate on new technologies and innovative products.
Promote Industry-Academic Collaboration
Facilitating interactions between youth enterprises and universities or research institutions helps to deploy campus research into businesses and markets
Provide mentorship programs to young entrepreneurs
We strive to create an environment where members of the association can share their international trade experiences with young entrepreneurs. This exchange aims to enhance overseas business activities, supporting the WCEYA vision of mentorship, where experienced members guide the younger generation, empowering them with the knowledge needed to achieve their dreams of expanding their businesses internationally under mentors’ guidance.
